State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Data Knights Acquisition Corp. (the “Registrant”) is unable to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. The Registrant is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 by March 31, 2022. The Registrant is working diligently to complete the review of the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 as soon as possible.
The Registrant fully expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 within the extension period of 15 calendar days as provided under Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
