Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 1, 2021, Arnaldo Perez stepped down as General Counsel of Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc (together, the “Company”), effective March 1, 2021. Mr. Perez will continue to serve as Senior Vice President and Company Secretary of the Company.
