Today, March 3, 2021, Dollar Tree, Inc. ("the Company") issued a press release reporting its fiscal 2020 fourth quarter sales and earnings results and announcing that it will hold a publicly available telephone conference

On March 2, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors approved an increase in our share repurchase authorization in the amount of $2.0 billion, resulting in a total share repurchase authorization of $2.4 billion. Under
the authorization, purchases may be made in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions subject to market and other conditions. The authorization has no expiration date.
