Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 3, 2022, Jeffrey A. Davis commenced employment as Chief Financial Officer of Dollar Tree, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Davis replaces Kevin S. Wampler,
who will remain with the Company as an advisor until Mr. Wampler’s expected separation from the Company in April 2023.
The foregoing transition in leadership of the Company was previously reported in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 25, 2022.
