On March 25, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (“Labcorp”) appointed Kathryn E. Wengel as a member of the Board, as previously reported in Labcorp’s Form 8-K filed on March 26, 2021. This amendment on Form 8-K is being filed to report that Ms. Wengel has also been appointed to serve on the Board’s Quality and Compliance
Committee, effective immediately.
