2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 18, 2021, Quidel Corporation issued a press release announcing the financial results for its fourth quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2020 and will hold an earnings conference call at 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time, on February 18, 2021 to discuss such results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
