Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 25, 2021, Best Buy Co., Inc. (“Best Buy” or the “registrant”) issued a news release announcing its results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended January 30, 2021.
The registrant is scheduled to conduct an earnings conference call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (7:00 a.m. Central Time) on February 25, 2021. The earnings conference call is expected to be available live on the registrant’s website at www.investors.bestbuy.com.
