On January 30, 2023, Constellation Brands, Inc. (“Constellation”) issued a news release (the “release”) announcing that it has priced a public offering of $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% Senior Notes due 2026. A copy of this release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
