Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On i July 08, 2022, Nordson Corporation announced a reorganization into three financial reporting segments effective August 1, 2022, the beginning of the company’s fiscal fourth quarter. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
