On January 27, 2023, George R. Kurtz notified the Board of Directors of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company that he does not wish to seek re-election at our 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Accordingly, Mr. Kurtz’s term as a director will end when his current term expires at our 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is expected to be held on April 5, 2023.
