Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 1, 2023, DXC Technology Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2023 ended December 31, 2022. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will also hold a conference call at 5:00 PM EDT, on February 1, 2023, to discuss this matter.
