Missouri Public Service Commission Approval of Missouri-American Water Company General Rate Case
On April 7, 2021, the Missouri Public Service Commission (the “MPSC”) issued an order unanimously approving an agreement with respect to a general rate case filed on June 30, 2020 by Missouri-American Water Company, the Missouri subsidiary of American Water Works Company, Inc. (the “Company”). The agreement was entered into or not objected to by all the parties to the general rate case to settle all of the issues therein. Under the MPSC’s order, the Company’s Missouri subsidiary will be authorized additional annualized water and wastewater revenues of $21.8 million,
