of Certain Officers.
On March 14, 2023, Veeva Systems Inc. ("Veeva") announced that Alan Mateo intends to retire from his role as Executive Vice President, Global Sales, effective during the second quarter of calendar year 2024. At that time, Mr. Mateo intends to transition into a part-time advisor to Veeva. Veeva will appoint a successor upon Mr. Mateo's transition.
