Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 1, 2021, Qurate Retail, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Greg Maffei, Executive Chairman of the Company, will be presenting at the Deutsche Bank Media, Internet and Telecom Conference on Monday, March 8th at 4:00 p.m. E.S.T. During his presentation, Mr. Maffei may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook, as well as other forward looking matters.
On March 3, 2021, the Company announced that Mike George, President and CEO of the Company, will be presenting at the Bank of America Consumer & Retail Technology Conference on Wednesday, March 10th at 10:30 a.m. E.S.T. During his presentation, Mr. George may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook, as well as other forward looking matters.
