On September 29, 2022, Five9, Inc. (the “Company”) notified Scott Welch that he will be terminated from his position as the Executive Vice President, Telco Services & EMEA Operations
of the Company effective March 31, 2023. If Mr. Welch executes a release, he will receive benefits under the Company’s Key Employee Severance Plan as a Tier 3 participant.
