Waters Corporation (the “Company”) is furnishing as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K an investor presentation (the “Presentation”) that it intends to present at the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference (the “Conference”) on January 12, 2021, which, along with the subsequent Q&A session, will include high-level commentary on business performance. A transcript of the Presentation will be available following the Presentation on the Waters Corporation website http://www.waters.com in the Investor Relations section under Investor Presentations.

On January 4, 2021, the Company issued a press release about the impending Conference and the Company’s Presentation. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
