Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 15, 2021, The Sherwin-Williams Company (“Sherwin-Williams”) appointed Peter J. Ippolito to the new role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, effective March 28, 2021. Mr. Ippolito currently serves as President, The Americas Group of Sherwin-Williams. Heidi G. Petz, currently Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, The Americas Group, will succeed Mr. Ippolito as President, The Americas Group, effective March 28, 2021.
