On November 4, 2022, Fox Corporation (“FOX” or the “Company”) made a statement in response to the arbitration ruling issued by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) on November 4, 2022 deciding the claims FOX filed against Flutter Entertainment plc in March 2021.
A copy of the press release the Company issued on November 4, 2022 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
