Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 29, 2022, as previously announced, senior executives of Performance Food Group Company (the “Company”) will make presentations to the investment community at the Company’s 2022 Investor Day. Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a press release prepared by the Company in connection therewith, including updates regarding the Company’s full fiscal year 2022 outlook and three-year outlook. Additionally, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 is a copy of the presentation prepared by the Company in connection therewith.
