Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 7, 2019, Adtalem Global Education Inc. (“Adtalem”) issued a press release announcing its second quarter fiscal 2019 operating and enrollment results. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
