On June 14, 2021, T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $3.00 per share payable on July 7, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 25, 2021. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and incorporated herein by reference.
