Other Events.

On May 14, 2021, Morningstar issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 31.5 cents per share payable July 30, 2021 to shareholders of record as of July 9, 2021. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
