| ITEM 7.01 | REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE. |
On April 26, 2021, O-I Glass, Inc. (“O-I Glass”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, Paddock Enterprises, LLC (“Paddock”), has reached an agreement in principle with the Official Committee of Asbestos Personal Injury Claimants and the legal representative for the future asbestos personal injury claimants to accept the terms of a mediator’s proposal regarding a consensual plan of reorganization under section 524(g) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The agreement, which is supported by O-I Glass, is subject to definitive documentation and satisfaction of certain conditions. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
