Item 8.01			Other Events.

On November 18, 2022, GrafTech International Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the resumption of operations of GrafTech México, S.A. de C.V.’s graphite electrode manufacturing facility located in Monterrey, Mexico. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
