On December 2, 2022, UGI Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it no longer expects to sell its French energy marketing
business in the first quarter of Fiscal 2023 and that the delay in exiting this business will not have an impact on the Company's previously announced Fiscal 2023 guidance. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
