The Company is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended July 31, 2022. Additional time is needed for the Company to compile and analyze supporting documentation in order to complete the Form 10-Q and in order to permit the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company will file its Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
