Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On February 15, 2021, Steven W. Tomson, Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and a named executive officer of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (the “Company”), announced his intention to retire from his positions with the Company effective July 1, 2021. Mr. Tomson has been with the Company since 2005.
