Item 2.01Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On September 21, 2022, Ball Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the completion of the sale of its beverage packaging business in Russia to Arnest Group. Details are set forth in the attached press release dated September 21, 2022, and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
