Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.*

On February 24, 2021, Atkore Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing it has acquired FRE Composites Group, a leading manufacturer of fiberglass conduit solutions for the electrical, transportation, telecommunications, infrastructure and other industrial markets. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
