FINAL AMENDMENT TO TENDER OFFER

 

        This Final Amendment to the Tender Offer Statement on Schedule TO (the “Schedule TO”) relates to the offer by Alternative Liquidity Index LP (the “Purchaser”), to purchase for cash, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase, up to a maximum of 2,000,000, shares of alpha-En Corporation (“ALPE” or the “Company”) at a purchase price of $0.01 per share, net cash to the seller, less any applicable withholding taxes and without interest (the “Purchase Price”), and the related Assignment Form.

 

The Offer expired on March 25, 2022.   The Offer resulted in the tender by shareholders and acceptance for payment by the Purchaser of a total of 250 shares.  Following the purchase of all the tendered Shares, the Purchaser will own an aggregate of approximately 250 shares.
