Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 28, 2022, Jikun Kim, the Chief Financial Officer of Momentus Inc. (the “Company”), tendered his resignation from the Company, effective January 6, 2023.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The following information is provided pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K, “Regulation FD Disclosure.”

On December 2, 2022, Momentus Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the resignation of Jikun Kim. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
