Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2021, the Partnership issued a press release announcing the financial results for CrossAmerica Partners LP (“CrossAmerica” or the “Partnership”) for the quarter March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
