On October 1, 2020, Supervalu Enterprises,
Inc. (the “Company”) filed a post-effective amendment on Form S-4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to deregister all shares of common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of the Company (the “Common Stock”) covered by such registration statement. No shares of Common Stock were issued under the registration statement. Accordingly, the Company is filing this Form 15 to suspend the Company’s duty to file reports under Section 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
