On August 10, 2022, the Board of Directors of The Aaron's Company, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.1125 per share on the Company's
common stock. The dividend will be paid on October 4, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2022.
