Resignation of Named Executive Officer
On iSeptember 26,
2022, Ms. Jennifer Nuckles, Executive Vice President and Group Business Unit Leader — Relay, Lantern, Content, At Work, Partnerships & Protect, provided notice of her intention to resign from her position with the Company, effective October 7, 2022. Ms. Nuckles resigned to pursue other opportunities and her resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company relating to the Company's operations, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
Ms. Nuckles' duties and responsibilities will be assumed by other officers of the
Company.
