Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 22, 2022, Shane McGuiness notified Planet Fitness, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as the Company’s President, Corporate Clubs. The Company and Mr. McGuiness have agreed to discuss an appropriate transition period, during which Mr. McGuiness will transition his duties to other personnel.
