On March 22, 2021, Americold Realty Trust (the “Company”) filed Articles of Amendment (the “Articles of Amendment”) to the Company’s Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust (the “Declaration of Trust”) with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation of Maryland to increase the number of authorized common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share, from 325,000,000 to 500,000,000. The Articles of Amendment were effective upon filing.
