Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 14, 2022, the Board of Directors of Insight Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the authorization of a stock repurchase program pursuant to which
the Company may purchase up to an aggregate of $300 million of the Company's common stock, $0.01 par value per share (the "Common Stock"), including $50 million which remained available under the prior authorization.
