Appointment of Vice President

On March 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of China Natural Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Peng Wenlie to serve as a Vice President of the Company. The press release regarding Dr. Peng’s appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 15.1.
