On September 6, 2022, the Compensation Committee (the "Committee") of the Board of Directors of AMC Networks Inc. (the "Company") approved the payment of a one-time additional bonus to Matthew Blank, the Company's Interim Chief Executive
Officer, in an amount equal to $750,000 in recognition of his services to the Company as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, as previously disclosed by the Company, the Committee authorized the Company to enter into a consulting agreement with Mr. Blank following his service as Interim Chief Executive Officer. The Company determined not to enter into any such consulting agreement with Mr. Blank.
