Item 7.01 Other Events

On September 6, 2022, Bunker Hill Mining Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the results of a Prefeasability Study (“PFS”) for the first phase of the restart of the Bunker Hill Mine in Idaho’s Silver Valley, USA. Executive Chairman Richard Williams, CEO Sam Ash, and CFO David Weins will host a live interactive summit on Thursday, September 8, at 2:00 pm ET/ 11:00 am PT to discuss the PFS and next steps . A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
