On August 17, 2022, Clubhouse Media Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in the website is not a part of this current report on Form 8-K.
