Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. On September 13, 2022, Correlate Infrastructure Partners Inc.’s issued a press release disclosing the non-binding letter of intent that it entered into with Aegis Renewable Energy Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
