Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 3, 2020, MRC Global Inc. (“MRC Global” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its third quarter 2020 financial results on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Thursday, October 29, 2020, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
