Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On December 6, 2022, Byrna Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s preliminary revenue expectations for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended November 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The attached Exhibit 99.1 is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
