On August 12, 2022, Eliyahu Ayalon resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of CEVA, Inc. (the “Company”) and as chair of the Strategy Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Ayalon’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreements with the Board or the Company on matters related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board thanks Mr. Ayalon for his over twenty years of service to the Company and wishes him the best.
