Quarterly Dividend.
At the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Western Alliance Bancorporation held on February
9, 2021, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable March 5, 2021 to shareholders of record as of February 19, 2021.
