Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 6, 2021, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had received purchase orders in excess of $6 million for major components of landing gear for F-18 Fighter Aircraft. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
