This Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 6-K (the “Form 6-K/A”) amends the Current Report on Form 6-K of EZGO Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”), originally filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on May 28, 2021 (the “Form 6-K”), solely for the purposes of re-filing the correct Exhibit 99.1 to the Form 6-K.
