Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 11, 2021, Amedisys, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the home health and hospice operations of Visiting Nurse Association, a 125-year-old nonprofit that delivers home health and hospice care in Omaha, Nebraska and Council Bluffs, Iowa, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
